The Body Mind Spirit Center has moved!

Join us in our beautiful new space - same location, but upstairs!  We are now in Suite 205.

New Yoga Series begins January 2009.  Early registrants get December 30, New Year's Class free!  Tuesdays and Thursdays, 9:30 a.m. in January.  Cost is $50 for this series.  (That's 10 classes for $50!)

Special Nia Class with Holiday Music!  Monday, December 22, 6:00 p.m.  Dance to fun holiday classics and celebrate the season!

New Nia Series begins January 2009.  Mondays, 6:00 p.m.  Cost for the month is $35!  (Drop-in rate is $15 per class.)

Welcome to Priya Yoga and Nia

Priya Yoga and Nia of Fort Worth is committed to fostering self-healing through joyful movement. I give each student personal attention and encouragement in their yoga and Nia practice. Both yoga and Nia are movement practices that facilitate and encourage holistic healing and personal growth – physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually. I believe this healing process is strengthened and enhanced by the support of a community who can share in their practice of Nia and yoga. Join with like-minded seekers and explore dynamic recovery and health. No previous yoga or Nia experience is required. Beginners are welcome and I encourage experienced yogis and Nia dancers to approach each experience with a “beginner’s mind.”
